We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@kryorecovery.co.

5. Warranty

All KRYO products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Product Use

Cold plunge therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about cold exposure. Use the product only as intended and follow all safety guidelines provided.

8. Limitation of Liability
